Payment and Payment Cards
www.unmundane-studio.com accepts payments with Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted connection (SSL), and we do not store your card details.

Your payment will be charged when your order is shipped. If we are unable to deliver all the items you ordered, you will only be charged for the items we can send. You will never be charged more than the amount you approved at checkout.

Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and functionality on the Service belong to Unmundane Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving the item if you wish to return or exchange a product. Christmas gifts can be returned/exchanged until January 31st.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please, contact us at art@unmundane-studio.com and provide your order number to request a return form. Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Unclaimed Packages
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, it will remain at our warehouse until you contact us. Do so by writing an email to art@unmundane-studio.com, and remember to include your order number.

Once you contact us, you have two options: 1) Request a reshipment (standard shipping fees apply) or 2) cancel your order (the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund).

Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at art@unmundane-studio.com within 7 days and provide photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. Once we have processed your claim, we will send you a replacement.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Large framed art prints and original paintings will be shipped with a carrier.

Delivery Times
We care about the environment. Therefore we don’t keep a stock but print on demand. Your order will be printed within 24 hours of your order, then carefully framed (if you also ordered a frame), packaged and sent. All prints and frames are made in Aarhus, Denmark.

Shipping times for art prints:
– Denmark: 1-3 days
– EU: 2-5 days
– Rest of the world: We currently don’t ship to countries outside EU

Shipping times for framed art prints and original paintings:
– Denmark: 3-5 days
– EU: 3-5 days
– Rest of the world: We currently don’t ship to countries outside EU

Please note this is an estimate of business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

Portrait Orders
When ordering a portrait, you’ll be asked to send a photo to art@unmundane-studio.com. You’re welcome to include any specific requests, such as preferred colors. Please allow up to one week from the time I receive your image to receive a digital preview. Once approved, the artwork will be sent to print. If you’ve ordered a frame, we’ll frame it free of charge—so it’s ready to hang when it arrives. Please note that portraits are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Force Majeure
Unmundane Studio is not responsible for delayed performance (including delivery and warranty measures) caused by circumstances beyond its control. Examples of circumstances beyond Unmundane Studio’s control include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, power outages, lightning strikes, fire, atmospheric disturbances, adoption of laws, actions taken by public authorities, acts of war, pandemics, strikes, or similar events, any power interruption, disruptions at the hosting/server provider where Unmundane Studio is located, and/or delays due to network issues connected to the internet.

Appearance and colors
The poster you receive may not have exactly the same color tones as those displayed on our website. This is because colors can vary significantly from screen to screen. Additionally, images viewed on a screen are backlit, making them appear brighter than they actually are. We do our best to adjust our print settings accordingly, but we cannot guarantee that the poster you receive will be an exact match in terms of color and brightness to what you saw online.
