Terms of purchase
To purchase a painting, you must first reserve it by adding it to the basket and proceed to checkout. When you have provided all required information, you click ‘Place order’. You will now see Unmundane’s banking information, and you have 7 days to transfer the painting’s price. When the painting has been paid, your order will be processed and sent.

All prices on the website are in Danish Kroner and includes Danish VAT. Orders placed within the european union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the eu may charge custom fees. Unmundane Studio cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.

Unmundane Studio can not be held responsible for typos in address, email, phonenumbers or other personal informations regarding shipping.

Delivery and shipping prices
All orders are ready to ship within 1-4 days after successful payment. Shipping costs will be added and depends on your location. All orders are insured in case of damage.

Shipping in Denmark: 0 DKK
Shipping in Europe: 350 DKK

We are currently only shipping to countries in Europe. If this does not include your country, send us an email and we will set up the delivery for your country.

Orders placed within the European Union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the EU may charge custom fees. Unmundane Studio cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.

Returns
You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order.

The return costs are not refunded or paid by Unmundane Studio. Please note returns have to be shipped directly to our address below.

Unmundane Studio can not be held responsible for typos in address/house number, email, phone numbers or other personal informations regarding shipping. If your order has been returned due to typos in personal information, we can re-ship (new shipping costs will be added) or cancel your order when arrival at our office.

Purchased paintings have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged paintings and goods that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at art@unmundane-studio.com as soon as noticed (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item.
